Down payment assistance programs with links

With all of the mortgage problems that have been occuring, many would be home owners are looking towards getting out of the rent rat race and owning their own home.  If you don't have much money to get started with, I have some possible options for you.

Please keep in mind that I have not used any of these programs myself, so you will need to do your due diligence to find the program that will work for you.
