New listing searches were always available from the Coastal Multiple Listing Service, otherwise known as Flex.   You may have signed up to receive these and if you have, then you know how valuable this information has been. 

Well I have more exciting new searches available for you now.  This news is great whether you are buying or selling a home or other piece of real property.

The largest Oregon multiple listing site has finally made automatic searches available. I can now send you properties automatically from both the Coastal Multiple Listing Services and the major "Portland Multiple Listing Service". 

You can now know about properties before they come out in the newspaper or any other advertising.   This means you will be one of the very first people to know about new homes and other real property.

Utilize this search by emailing me with as much information as you can about the type of property, location, and maximum price that you are pre-approved. Don't forget to include your contact information, telephone number, address, and of course name.
